Dear faculty of KCACTF region three:

We are working on the program for this January's festival.  One of the
criticisms in the past is the inaccuracy and incompleteness of the Irene
Ryan nominees as they are listed in the program.  Much of this comes
from
the fact that only about one third (!) of the response forms get to
us, so
we don't get the accurate information from the responders.  So I am
turning
to the faculty of each institution.  I am asking each of you to look
at the
attached spreadsheet and see if your nominees are listed, listed
correctly
and spelled correctly.  If they are not, send me an EMAIL (not an
attachment) with the correct information.  This is IN ADDITION to
registering your Ryans on the regional website, which is due Dec 22.
Note
that the list starts with associate productions and followed by
participating.  Do not return the entire spreadsheet to me, please.
You may
also have shows listed inaccurately:  either they were last year or this
coming semester.  Let me know about eliminating them, and of course
additions as well.  I'd appreciate this by Mon Dec 10.  Also, please
use the
above subject line to ease in sorting.
